Craig Stretton is a manufacturing, planning and ERP consultant with around 30 years' experience across engineering, aerospace, manufacturing operations, production planning and supply chain. He has held senior leadership roles including Production Manager and Inventory and Production Control Manager, leading teams of more than 70 personnel across two-shift manufacturing environments and managing planning, shop-floor delivery, KPI performance, supply chain and operational compliance to AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Craig's current consulting work includes operational planning and delivery assessment, ERP/MRP diagnostic review, stakeholder interviews, evidence extraction, current-state reporting and practical improvement recommendations in a complex manufacturing environment. His core strength is joining the dots between customer demand, planning, engineering, procurement, production control, shop-floor execution and ERP data.

He is particularly suited to businesses that need an independent review of Full Manufacturing capability from cradle to graveto include planning discipline, ERP utilisation, capacity planning, production control, data quality, governance and operational performance.
