Astrid Davies is an experienced leader, having led a wide range of different high-performing teams for over 30 years across private, public and voluntary sectors in the UK. Her depth and breadth of expertise is why she has been made a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL).

Her consultancy’s work focuses on making it easier for leaders and their teams to adopt ethical and sustainable approaches. She believes that responsible leadership starts at the top and supports her clients to adopt a company culture genuinely putting sustainability at the heart of what they do. She does this through an effective blend of Executive and team coaching, training and project management techniques that help clients grasp the problems and own the solutions.

Astrid is also an experienced conference moderator, trainer and keynote. She often facilitates public events, corporate team-building workshops and problem-solving “rumbles”, creating psychologically-safe spaces in which to discuss the things that really matter to leaders and their teams. She also facilitates on the Government’s Help to Grow: Management scheme at Winchester Business School and mentors SMEs on the scheme under the Enterprise Nation banner.

Astrid volunteers her skills as a leadership and career mentor at her alma mater, the University of Birmingham. She is also a mentor and guest lecturer at University of Southampton’s Business School. In addition, she is a Business Advisory Board member for Southampton’s Enactus chapter of budding social entrepreneurs.
