Founder Story

It's hard to imagine I was such a shy lad as a kid and now launching something quite special as a venture in the form of FractionALL Services .... but how did I get to this point? (Something I've had to ask myself recently even)

Coming from a working class background has helped my inner drive and determination. Being the first person in my family to go to university and get a professional qualification and Masters degree wasn't about competing with others but always with myself.

Always continuously improving and striving for perfection and clicking instantly with models and processes seemed to just be what I was. I would find out much later in life why, which I'll come onto ...

I cut my teeth in finance, more a traditional career option and falling into it than deliberate but I worked on developing different skills and managed to get some great experience and solid achievements.

I have met some incredible people (most of our launch Associates being some of those people) along the way and found a real affinity and passion for change management, transformation, turnaround situations, Lean, process improvement..... basically helping people fix things that were needed improving!

Eventually I realised something was missing and full time corporate employment was really not my thing at all.

It took a major Burnout 18 months ago to get the chance to learn who Tim Day really is and discover my Neurodivergence as a person with ADHD.

Understanding that and myself and (again not deliberately) getting into part time (Fractional) ways of working gave me a new energy and drive to move in a different direction.

Wanting to work on my personal brand and present myself as a professional business got me talking to others and many felt the same about wanting to help others but have a balance in their lives. They also had the same desire to be presented to the world differently and it feels something like the Airbnb story that I decided to do it for others too. This has now evolved into a platform that will allow my passion to support Neurodivergent professionals in the workplace with coaching and workplace adjustment services but also continue to operate as a fractional CFO myself. It will also slow me to represent Associates that we have in the team now from a variety of disciplines to cover as many bases as possible for all disciplines and all sectors as fractional partners and to be a one stop shop for clients to tap into singular or multiple skill sets and expertise. This allows us to develop a cooperative way of working as a team to support and help each other and work together to solve problems or pain points, to realise an opportunity a business sees as a possibility or to embed ourselves as part of their team to guide and deliver their growth journey.

So I present to the world FractionALL Services ...... the final piece in your jigsaw!!
