The first ethos and mantra of the business to highlight in the logo is that of the symbiotic relationships that rings true in the nature of the set up.
Symbiosis (the co-dependence to thrive together) in the form of accountable partnerships our associates will generate with our clients to co-pilot their journey of growth. Also that symbiosis of the associates as a team to support and fuel each other by collaborating on projects or within the community forum we will share thoughts and ideas to help each other's delivery to perfection.
The next aspect of the logo is actually a common theme that runs throughout the team. The infinity symbol demonstrates the continuous improvement mentality I have had as a founder throughout my life and that all associates have extensive experience of from Lean Principles or continuous improvement roles and delivery of transformation/turnaround/change management projects and strategies developed, planned, project managed and delivered hands on by many of them. That continuous improvement process will be the constant in the operating model and method of delivery from all associates at FractionAll Services and allow for the Plan, Do, Check and Act in the cycle to enable growth and improvement of your business.
The sun and leaves above the infinity symbol which depict the nurturing energy that fuels the growth no matter if you are a start-up wanting to scale fast or a long established mid-size business that has plateaued and can't see how to make that step to a larger organisation. Finally the colour of aquamarine engenders a calm and tranquil feeling demonstrating the style of approach being professional and organised and reassuring rather than frantic or chaotic. It also depicts the ocean below the rising sun. Another birthplace of the best example of symbiosis in nature being the clown fish and the anemone which, as a scuba diver, I can assure is a sight to behold and a place very close to my heart that gives me the most peaceful calm I experience personally in life.
