Andy McGhee is a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of building businesses, scaling systems and driving performance across complex, fast moving organisations.

As Managing Director of Pinnacle Performance and Training and former COO of Brownlee Fitness — a globally recognised fitness platform — Andy has spent over a decade making businesses work better. Not in theory. In practice. He has built operational infrastructure from scratch, led diverse and complex teams, managed P&L, and created systems that deliver results without unnecessary cost or complexity.

Most recently Andy designed and built a fully bespoke coaching and client management platform using AI and modern development tools replacing two paid SaaS products. He did it in three months. That is what Andy brings to a business. Not just leadership experience but the ability to identify a problem, find the smartest solution and execute it fast.

His background is unconventional and that is precisely his strength. Fourteen years as a British Army Sergeant, including operational deployments across three theatres, built a foundation of leadership under pressure, logistical thinking and genuine accountability. Everything since has been an extension of that.
