With 21 years in digital transformation - including senior roles at Digital Five, Onecom, and Advantec - Kev has spent the bulk of his career working with business owners who need clear, practical outcomes from new technology. Not theory. Not demos. Results.
Nova Scale AI works across three service lanes:
- AI Training. Half-day workshops, team sessions, and a self-paced online course that take business owners and their teams from confused to confident. Training always comes first - tools nobody understands don't get used.
- Business Process Automation. Connecting the tools a business already has so data flows automatically, tasks trigger without manual input, and nothing falls through the cracks. Built on Make.com and GoHighLevel using no-code and low-code approaches the client can maintain.
- Marketing Automation and CRM. GoHighLevel-based systems that capture enquiries, nurture leads, and follow up without relying on anyone's memory or a spreadsheet. Built for service businesses that need a proper pipeline.
Typical clients: professional service firms, trades businesses, private clinics, estate agents, and hospitality businesses. Almost always owner-led, usually 5 to 50 staff, often running lean with no dedicated marketing or ops function.
