Sally Spicer is a culture, talent and organisational effectiveness consultant with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations build high-performing, resilient and future-ready workforces.
Combining expertise across culture and engagement, talent management, recruitment, inclusion and sustainability, Sally partners with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives, enabling organisations to attract, develop and retain the talent they need to thrive in an evolving world of work.
Her experience spans global corporations, SMEs and public sector organisations, including leadership roles in talent, inclusion and organisational development. As a former Global Head of Talent & Inclusion for a UK PLC and Co-Founder of Talent Included, she has designed and delivered workforce transformation programmes, leadership initiatives, inclusive recruitment strategies and culture change interventions across multiple sectors.
Alongside her consulting work, Sally is an experienced executive and career coach, supporting leaders, teams and professionals to navigate change, strengthen self-leadership, build confidence and achieve meaningful career and business outcomes. Drawing on her background in talent, organisational development and behavioural coaching, she helps individuals unlock potential, overcome barriers and lead with greater impact and authenticity.
Sally is particularly passionate about helping organisations navigate the intersection of workforce transformation, emerging technologies, sustainability and inclusion.
